Welcoming the Fear

As a business owner, you're bound to know what it feels like when fear comes knocking on your door. So often, I hear women talk about their dreams, but always putting them off 'until they're ready', until they have done x, y and z first, or until they feel 'confident'. The truth is, there'll never be the right time, and you'll always want to do something else before you feel ready to take a step.

It's not possible to eliminate fear altogether, but we do have a choice about how we approach it. We can welcome the fear with kindness and compassion, hold space for it. We can get curious about it, too - what is it trying to show us? What is the reality?
